Transfer delayed or not arrived

Check the transfer tracker in your account for the expected arrival time. Verification checks or bank cut-off times can add 1–2 business days.

Account verification needed

Upload the requested ID or proof of address in the app; transfers stay on hold until it's approved.

Can't log in

Reset your password at wise.com. If you're locked out in the US, call +1-888-501-4041.

Wise card declined

Check the card is unfrozen, you have balance in that currency, and the spending limit isn't reached under Card settings.

Cancel a transfer or get a refund

You can cancel from the transfer page until money is sent to the recipient; refunds return to the original payment method.
