Revolut US has no live phone agents. Open the app → profile icon → Chats → Support. If you can't access the app, email support@revolut.com.

Lost or stolen card

Freeze the card in the app instantly, or call the automated line above to freeze it, then order a replacement.

Transfer pending or failed

Check the transaction status in the app. External bank transfers can take 1–3 business days; failed transfers return to your balance.

Account verification stuck

Upload clear ID photos and a selfie in the app; keep the app updated and use good lighting.

Unrecognized transaction

Freeze the card and report it from the transaction in the app, then contact Support in chat.
