How to contact OnePay customer service

You can reach OnePay by phone or through its official chat / help centre. Have your account email or phone, any order or reference number, and a short description of the problem ready so support can help you faster.

Most people contact OnePay about 5 common issues — including can't log in or verify your identity and unrecognized transaction or dispute. Step-by-step fixes for each are below.

Have this ready before you contact OnePay

  • The email or phone on your wallet account
  • The transaction amount, date and recipient
  • The last 4 digits of the linked card (never the full number)

Common OnePay problems and how to fix them

Can't log in or verify your identity

Use 'Forgot password' in the OnePay app and confirm the code sent to your phone on file. If identity verification keeps failing, open Profile → Help and type 'Agent' to reach a specialist.

Unrecognized transaction or dispute

In the app go to Profile → Help → File a Dispute, or call the number above. Lock your card from the Card tab first so no new charges can go through.

Direct deposit or transfer not arrived

Check the deposit date with your employer and confirm the routing/account numbers shown in the app. Transfers to other OnePay members are instant; bank transfers can take 1–3 business days.

Lost or stolen card

Lock the card instantly in the app, then request a replacement from Profile → Help. Report any charges you don't recognize at the same time.

OnePay Wallet or Walmart payment issue

Make sure the app is updated and your payment method is still active. For Walmart MoneyCard balances used in OnePay Wallet, OnePay support at the number above is the main contact.

Common OnePay scams to avoid

  • Callers claiming to be OnePay or Walmart asking for your login code to 'secure' your account — OnePay never asks for codes.
  • Texts with links to 'unlock' your card. Lock or unlock it only inside the OnePay app.
  • Requests to move your money to a 'safe account' — that's always a scam.
  • Fake OnePay support numbers found in search ads. Use only the number on this page or in the app.
